Well worth testing the iPhone BlogPress app fully before leaving! I had a nightmare with the iPhone Wordpress app. Never assume it will work as advertised!
Before I decided on which blog to use, I checked out wordpress, and a lot of people were writing bad things about it. How un-user friendly it was, difficult to update from mobile phones etc. That's why I went with Blogger. They have their own app now, after I bought the BlogPress one. Oh well. The official one messed up my older posts, so am continuing to use BlogPress. Fingers crossed it will work in the states.
