Cyclemeter route to work

Not sure how this will display.  Been using this App for a few years now.  The only thing that is correct is the ride time, slow today because of the traffic this morning, very high because of road works.  Can be done in 21mins.  Fastest speed, well, it was more like 26mph.  It doesn't take into account the time spent at red lights either.  Because its using 3G, a lot of the marked route seems to be off the actual road route I take, even putting me in The Thames! lol

Training

Cycling back into work a lousy 5.5miles each way, then a hour on the bike at the gym. 5mins sprint, 3 standing climb, 2 seated climb and 5mins sprint. Repeat!

iPhone apps for the trip

I've stocked up on Apps for my iPhone.  There are a few simular ones which will be deleted once I've tested them all and worked out which ones are best.  Any more ideas are welcome.
